Aug 17, 2015 · If you are referring to msn.com in Internet Explorer and if you have performed recovery that may include reinstallation of the operating system or restore to factory setting without taking a backup of the favorites list then it is not possible to recover or restore the list back. You have to add the favorites list again in that case.
